Credit Package Refunds

Because IPTV credits are digital products with immediate value upon delivery, we operate the following refund policy:

• Before panel activation: Full refund available within 24 hours of payment if the panel has not been activated.
• After activation, unused credits: Refund requests for unused credits may be considered within 7 days of purchase if the panel was activated but no customer accounts were created.
• After accounts are created: Refunds are not available once credits have been used to create customer subscriptions, as the service has been delivered.

Technical Issues

If you experience persistent technical issues that significantly impair the service, contact us on WhatsApp immediately. We resolve issues rapidly and may offer credit compensation for verified extended outages.

How to Request a Refund
