Before You Log In
Before accessing your panel, make sure you have:
- Your panel login URL (sent via WhatsApp after purchase)
- Your username and password (also sent via WhatsApp)
- A list of your first prospective customers ready to contact
- WhatsApp on your phone for communicating credentials to customers
First Login
Open your panel URL in a web browser (works on phone or computer). Enter your username and password exactly as sent — note that passwords are case-sensitive. Your dashboard will show: credit balance, active subscription count, and any notifications.
Creating Your First Trial Account
Before selling anything, create a trial account for yourself. This gives you the exact customer experience and lets you verify everything works on your own device. In your panel:
- Click "Create Account" or "Add User"
- Enter a username (e.g., "test-yourname")
- Set a password
- Select "Trial — 6 Hours" as duration
- Confirm — 0 credits deducted
- Note the generated credentials (or the Xtream Codes connection details)
Testing on Your Own Device
Download IPTV Smarters Pro (free) from your device's app store. Open it, select "Login with Xtream Codes API", and enter the server URL, username, and password from your panel. Wait 30–60 seconds for channels to load. Test beIN Sports during a live event and check that channels switch quickly.
Creating Your First Customer Account
Once you've confirmed everything works, create your first customer account:
- Click "Create Account" in your panel
- Enter a username (your naming convention, e.g., "john-smith-01")
- Set password or use auto-generate
- Select subscription duration (1 month = 1 credit, etc.)
- Select connections (1 is standard; offer 2-3 for family packages)
- Add a note with customer's actual name and WhatsApp number
- Confirm — credits deducted instantly
Sending Credentials to Customer
Send the customer:
- Server URL
- Username
- Password
- Direct them to download IPTV Smarters Pro
- Offer help with setup via WhatsApp
Your Renewal System
