Creating a Customer Account
The account creation process takes under 60 seconds:
- Click "Create Account" or "Add User" in your panel
- Enter a username (we recommend keeping a record of which customer this belongs to)
- Set a password (or let the system generate one)
- Select subscription duration: 6 hours (trial), 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months
- Select number of simultaneous connections (1, 2, or 3)
- Confirm — the system deducts credits and creates the account instantly
- Share the generated credentials (Server URL, Username, Password) with your customer via WhatsApp
Managing the Credit System
Your credit balance appears at the top of your panel dashboard at all times. Before creating long-duration accounts, check your balance — a 12-month account requires 12 credits. If your balance drops below 10 credits, contact us to top up before you run out mid-sale.
Credits never expire, so it's sensible to top up proactively rather than waiting until you have zero. Ordering more credits when you have 15–20 remaining means there's no risk of running out during a busy sales period.
Renewal Management System
Your panel displays all subscriptions sorted by expiry date. Check this list daily and sort by "Expiring Soon" to prioritise outreach. Three days before expiry is the optimal time to contact customers for renewal.
When a customer confirms renewal, deduct the appropriate credits and extend their subscription from within the panel — their credentials remain the same, no disruption to their service. This seamless renewal experience is one of the biggest factors in high retention rates.
Issuing Trial Accounts
Trials are 6-hour accounts that cost 0 credits. Use these generously as sales tools — a customer who experiences the quality firsthand converts far more reliably than one who reads your description. Create trial accounts directly from the panel's account creation screen by selecting the "Trial (6 hours)" duration option.
Panel Organisation Tips
- Note field: Use the notes field on each account to record the customer's actual name and contact number — makes renewal management much easier
- Consistent usernames: Develop a consistent username naming convention (e.g., customer surname + number) to keep accounts organised
- Weekly review: Every Monday, check subscriptions expiring in the next 7 days and start outreach immediately
- Credit tracking: Record when you top up credits and how many you use per week — helps forecast when you'll need to reorder
