What is IPTV Smarters Pro?
IPTV Smarters Pro is a free IPTV player app available on Android, iOS, Android TV, Amazon Fire Stick, and Windows. It supports Xtream Codes API (the connection method your panel generates), full EPG, VOD, and multi-screen operation. It's the app we recommend for virtually all customers.
Amazon Fire Stick Setup (Most Common)
- On the Fire Stick home screen, navigate to the Search icon
- Type "IPTV Smarters Pro" and install from the Amazon App Store (free)
- Open the app, tap "Add User"
- Select "Login with Xtream Codes API"
- Enter: Your Name (any name), Server URL, Username, Password (all from your panel)
- Tap "Add User" — wait 60 seconds for channels to load
- Navigate to Live TV → select a category → choose a channel
Samsung Smart TV Setup
- On Samsung Smart Hub, go to Apps and search "Smart IPTV"
- Install and open — note the MAC address displayed
- On a phone/computer, go to siptv.eu
- Enter the TV's MAC address and the M3U URL from your panel
- Click Save — reload Smart IPTV on TV
iPhone/iPad Setup
- Download "IPTV Smarters Pro" from the App Store (free)
- Open app, tap "Add User"
- Select "Login with Xtream Codes API"
- Enter Server URL, Username, Password from your panel
- Tap "Add User" and wait for channels to load
Android Phone/Tablet Setup
Identical to iPhone setup above, but download from Google Play Store instead of App Store.
Android TV (Sony, Philips, TCL)
Open Google Play Store on the TV, install IPTV Smarters Pro, and follow the same Xtream Codes setup as above. Works immediately on all Android TV devices.
Troubleshooting Common Setup Issues
- Authentication error: Credentials entered incorrectly. Have customer copy-paste from WhatsApp message rather than typing.
- Channels not loading: Wait 2 minutes — large channel lists take time on slower connections. If still empty, check server URL is complete including http://
- Buffering: Ask customer to connect by Ethernet cable rather than WiFi, or move closer to router. Disable any VPN.
